Kirkland Court Health and Rehabilitation Center in Amarillo, Texas, is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our dedicated team. You will provide direct patient care under licensed nurses, assist with ADLs, and help maintain clear records and communication with the care team.

Qualified candidates have a CNA certification and a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience is not required, but you must be able to lift and transfer patients and work well in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• CNA certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0 years of experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to lift and transfer patients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses, including assistance with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to licensed nurses and other healthcare team members.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and medication administration.
• Participate in resident care conferences and contribute to the development of individualized care plans.
• Assist with mealtime, including feeding, and hydration.
