Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and medication administration.
• Participate in resident care conferences and contribute to individualized care plans.
• Assist with mealtime, including feeding and hydration.
