Job summary

Apis Services, Inc. in Delaware is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct personal care, monitor health, and assist with daily living activities in residential, community, and healthcare settings.

You will collaborate with RNs and a multidisciplinary team, maintain accurate documentation, follow care plans, uphold HIPAA and safety standards, and respond professionally in crises.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in good standing with the applicable State Board of Nursing.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Demonstrated safe driving record and ability to meet organizational driving requirements.
• Ability to successfully complete all required training and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support and supervision to individuals in accordance with ISP and care plan.
• Assist individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, oral hygiene, and eating.
• Administer medications and prescribed treatments per physician orders and policies.
• Support mobility needs including lifting, positioning, and ambulation assistance.
• Monitor and report changes in health status and respond to crises as trained.
• Document accurately and timely, including ISP goals and health observations.
• Collaborate with RN, Program Director, and interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
