TrustPoint Hospital in Murfreesboro, TN is hiring CNAs for both full-time and part-time roles. Shifts include days (7am-7pm) and nights (7pm-7am). Compensation ranges from $18 to $24.19 per hour with a differential up to $4.50/hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current CNA certification or state license required.
• CPR and de-escalation/restraint training is required.
• First aid certification may be required depending on state.

Responsabilités

• Ensure patient safety and provide a supportive environment under supervision.
• Take vital signs, height and weight, with accurate documentation.
• Assist with transferring, lifting, turning, feeding, bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Observe patients as assigned, including periodic rounds and 1:1 care when needed.
• Document timely clinical information in patient records and communicate changes.
• Collaborate with nursing and clinical staff to support treatment goals.
• Maintain clean, safe patient rooms and equipment; adhere to policies.
