Job summary

TrustPoint Hospital in Murfreesboro, TN is hiring CNAs for full-time and part-time shifts (7am-7pm and 7pm-7am). Pay ranges from $18/hour to $24.19/hour with up to $4.50/hour shift differential, plus a strong benefits package.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and state-certified CNA credentials; CPR and de-escalation training are required. Prior behavioral health experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the well being of patients in a supportive environment under supervision.
• Complete patient observation rounds, up to 15 minutes, within reach.
• Assist with transferring, lifting, turning, and moving patients.
• Obtain vital signs and document accurately in the medical record.
• Respond to distressed patients with de-escalation techniques.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and therapists to support treatment goals.
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to policies and safety standards.
• Document timely and accurate clinical information in patient records.
