Job summary

BrightCare HomeCare is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide in-home care in Metairie, LA. You will deliver direct patient care, assist with activities of daily living, monitor vital signs, and support families in coordinating care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of CNA experience.
• Current CNA certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, vital signs, and basic hygiene needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, including progress notes and medication management
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment for clients, including fall prevention and infection control measures
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
