Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently seeking compassionate CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs to provide in-home care in Westwood, MA. Earn $20 to $23 per hour with weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and options for 20+ hours per week.

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification.
• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred.
• Patient, compassionate, and dependable.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable providing care independently in clients’ homes.
• Reliable and committed to scheduled shifts.
• Complete vaccination records preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Help with mobility, transfers, and safe positioning.
• Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance when needed.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and comfortable home.
• Follow individualized care plans and established routines.
• Communicate changes in clients’ conditions or care needs to the care team.
