Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in Attleboro, MA is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs to provide compassionate in-home care that helps clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home.

We offer flexible schedules with 20+ hours per week, weekly pay, and both full-time and part-time positions across first and second shifts, including weekdays and weekends. Certification and reliability are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification.
• Patient, compassionate and reliable caregiver.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working independently in clients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Help with mobility, transfers, and safe positioning.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe living space.
• Follow individualized care plans and daily routines.
• Communicate changes in clients’ conditions or care needs to the care team.
