Watertown Health Care Center is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate care for residents in a skilled nursing setting. You will support daily activities, follow individualized care plans, and help maintain a respectful, dignified environment for all residents.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; must meet state CNA requirements.

• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Knowledge of resident rights and ability to ensure privacy and dignity.
• Ability to maintain composure and interact courteously and professionally.

• Provide quality nursing care respecting residents' rights and dignity.
• Follow care plans and communicate observations to the charge nurse.
• Assist with grooming, bathing, feeding, toileting and mobility.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and report environmental issues.
• Respond promptly to call bells and document care.
