Qualifications

• CNA or HHA certification or caregiver experience required.
• Some homecare experience needed.
• Active driving license and CPR certification required; TB test results needed.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in home care/assisted living or similar.
• Desire to help others with a positive, respectful attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities (ADL).
• Support patient assessments and monitor vital signs under RN supervision.
• Assist in implementing patient care plans.
• Deliver compassionate support and companionship to patients.
