Qualifications

• Current and valid CNA certification.
• Ability to provide compassionate resident care and support.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities including meals, mobility, and hydration.
• Help residents with personal hygiene.
• Observe residents and report health issues to supervising nurse.
• Document resident food and fluid intake.
• Assist with feeding and nutritional supplements.
• Make beds and keep living areas clean and tidy.
• Transport residents within the facility.
• Assist nurses and other staff as needed.
• Adhere to facility policies and professional standards.
• Abide by federal, state, and local requirements and standards.
• Maintain confidentiality of residents and facility data.
