Lewisburg Healthcare Center, part of the CommuniCare family, is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our nursing team in Lewisburg, WV. As a CNA, you will provide skilled care per care plans, assist with daily activities, and help maintain a safe, respectful environment for our residents and their families.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED equivalent.
• Graduate of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and receive resident reports at start/end of shift.
• Provide personal/nursing care per resident care plan.
• Facilitate and conduct activities for residents.
• Monitor and respond to resident requests in a dignified manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for residents.
• Assist in preparing residents for activities and events.
• Maintain documentation for activities of daily living and restorative programs.

Education
