Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services per resident care plans.
• Identify residents with wristband/photo ID before procedures/feeding.
• Record entries clearly on flow sheets, notes, and charts.
• Report changes in residents’ condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Maintain resident room readiness and assist with transfers.
