Apploi is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide routine nursing care for residents in a licensed facility. You will perform daily care activities, assist with meals, and help residents maintain comfort and dignity under the direction of nursing leadership.

English proficiency is required; Chinese bilingual skills are a plus, and prior CNA experience is preferred. You will work closely with the Charge Nurse and other staff to ensure safety, accuracy in medication handling, and

Competenze

• Currently enrolled in a nursing assistant program or licensed CNA.
• Minimum 6 months CNA experience or clinical experience.
• Desire to serve ill, aged and infirm.
• Able to read, write and speak English; bilingual in Chinese preferred.
• Able to communicate tactfully with residents, families, visitors and staff.
• Willingness to work harmoniously with other personnel.
• Good health and emotional stability.
• Able to relate to residents with varying maturity and conditions.

• Perform duties per facility policies and safety rules.
• Make resident rounds at shift start and every two hours.
• Verify resident identity before care or meals.
• Make beds and clean bedside/overbed tables.
• Dress residents and assist with dressing as needed.
• Prepare residents for meals and assist in feeding.
• Assist in therapy, activities, and physician visits.
• Keep residents clean and dry; change linens as needed.
• Attend in-service programs and staff meetings.
• Report complaints, abuse, and hazards to the Charge Nurse.
• Document CNA notes and resident information.
• Move bedfast residents every two hours and document.
• Other duties as assigned by Charge Nurse or supervisor.
• Report medications found in resident rooms to Charge Nurse.
• Observe infection control procedures per policy.
• Chart required information each shift.
• Assist with bowel and bladder care and intake/output.
