Job summary

Louisburg Healthcare & Rehab Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide exceptional care for our residents. You will assist with activities of daily living, respond to call lights, and support therapy sessions in a patient-centered environment.

Qualified CNAs demonstrate a caring personality, reliable shift attendance, and strong English reading/writing skills. We offer supportive mentorship, paid time off, and a welcoming team dedicated to quality resident care.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required.
• Caring and compassionate demeanor.
• Ability to work scheduled shifts.
• Read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as eating, dressing, transferring, walking, bathing.
• Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests.
• Prepare residents for therapy sessions, activities, and appointments.
• Document and chart care per policies and procedures.
• Follow infection control practices.
• Protect residents’ rights and dignity.
• Adhere to facility policies and standards.
