Creative Solutions in Healthcare is seeking a reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Texas. You will provide compassionate daily care to residents and collaborate with the care team to maintain high-quality service.

The ideal candidate holds a Texas CNA certification, demonstrates accuracy in documentation, effective communication, patience, and a genuine commitment to elderly and disabled residents while upholding safety policies.

Formación

• Texas CNA certification is required.
• Accurate documentation and ability to perform technical procedures.
• Strong communication, self-discipline and patience.
• Genuine care for the elderly and disabled.
• Understands and follows safety policies and patient rights.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care: grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing.
• Maintain resident environment: change linens and stock supplies.
• Support mobility: safely ambulate and transfer residents with assistive devices.
• Record vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption.
• Assist with positioning: turn and reposition residents for comfort and safety.
• Encourage engagement: lead ROM exercises and provide reality orientation.
