Qualifications

• Current Nursing Assistant certification required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work collaboratively with nursing staff

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care under licensed nursing personnel.
• Assist with activities of daily living within plan of care.
• Record vital signs, intake/output, and other measurements.
• Assist with transfers and ambulation using appropriate devices.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in assigned areas.
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs.
• Assist in orientation and training of other staff.
