Job summary

Laurel Cove in Shoreline, WA is seeking a hands-on Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to deliver routine daily care per the resident care plan. You will observe and report changes, assist with admissions and discharges, and support activities and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Must have or be able to obtain CNA certification through the Arizona State Board of Nursing.
• Minimum of six months' certified nursing experience in LTC/SNF/rehabilitation preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
• Ability to work independently and create a warm, calm environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily care and services according to the guest's care plan.
• Assist with personal needs including hygiene, dressing, mobility, and feeding/recording intake.
• Monitor and report changes in guest condition, accidents, and complaints.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided, vital signs, and intake/output.
• Ensure safety using proper transfer techniques and infection control.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
