Job summary

Laurel Cove in Shoreline, WA, is seeking a hands-on Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver routine daily care per each guest's care plan. You will observe, record, and report changes, assist with admissions/discharges, and support activity readiness while maintaining safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• CNA certification through the Arizona State Board of Nursing or able to obtain by hire date.
• Minimum six months of certified nursing experience in LTC/SNF/rehab settings.
• Effective communication with team members.
• Ability to work independently or with direction.
• Create and maintain a warm, personal, calm environment throughout the unit/shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily care according to the guest's care plan.
• Assist with personal needs: hygiene, dressing, mobility, and feeding.
• Monitor and report changes in guest condition to nursing staff immediately.
• Maintain accurate records of care, vital signs, and intake/output.
• Ensure safety with proper transfer techniques and infection control.
