Qualifications

• Valid MA CNA certificate in good standing.
• New CNA graduates are welcome to apply.
• Ability to lift and transfer residents, as needed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including feeding, bathing, dressing, and toileting.
• Provide personal care and hygiene assistance.
• Observe and report any changes in resident health or behavior to the supervising nurse.
• Document food and fluid intake, as well as other aspects of resident care.
• Maintain confidentiality of all residents and facility data.
• Adhere to professional standards and facility policies and procedures.
• Abide by all federal, state, and local requirements and standards.
