Job summary
ACG Hospice is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide daily care, assist patients with activities of daily living, and monitor conditions. You will report any changes to the care team and support families along their health care journeys with love and compassion.

Qualifications
- A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care.
- Education: Maintain state certification as a certified nursing assistant
- Experience: 1+ years of nursing assistant experience in a hospital or long-term care facility
- Required: Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80-100lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily activities and monitor patient conditions.
- Report changes to the care team promptly.
- Support families along their health care journeys with love and compassion.
