Creative Solutions in Healthcare is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our El Paso team. You will provide personal care, assist with mobility, and document vitals and meals, while upholding patient rights and safety policies.

The role emphasizes compassionate elder care, collaboration with the care team, and consistent attendance in a full-time capacity at our Texas facility.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Texas Nursing Assistant Certification.
• Accurately record vitals, weights, intake/output, and meals.
• Communicate effectively with residents and care team.
• Care for elderly and disabled residents with patience.
• Follow Patient Bill of Rights and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including grooming, bathing, pericare, and dressing.
• Maintain resident environment by changing linens and stocking supplies.
• Support mobility—assist with ambulation and safe transfers.
• Record vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption accurately.
• Assist with positioning and range-of-motion exercises.
• Lead ROM activities and provide reality orientation as directed.
