Job summary

Vicar's Landing, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide resident-centered care in a supportive environment.

You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor well-being, and collaborate with nurses to maintain dignity and independence for those we serve. You will document care changes, participate in ongoing training, and help ensure a safe, respectful living community.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification required.
• Ability to monitor and document residents' conditions accurately.
• Respectful, resident-centered care with dignity and independence.
• Ability to work independently and with a team in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine nursing care per residents' individualized care plans.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Support activities of daily living to promote comfort, safety, and independence.
• Observe and communicate changes in residents' condition to the nursing team.
• Document care accurately in EMR and daily flow sheets.
• Assist with meal service and other resident support activities as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment per healthcare standards.
• Participate in training, in-services, and team meetings to support quality care.
