Vicar's Landing is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents in a compassionate, resident-centered way. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor wellbeing, and collaborate with nurses to maintain dignity and independence.

The role emphasizes adherence to care plans, accurate documentation in EMR, and a safe, supportive environment. Onsite work in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL with growth opportunities in Health Services.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is required.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist residents.
• Strong communication, documentation, and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine nursing care per residents' individualized care plans.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Support activities of daily living while promoting comfort, safety, and independence.
• Observe, document, and communicate changes in residents' condition to the nursing team.
• Complete required documentation accurately in electronic medical records and daily flow sheets.
• Assist with meal service and other resident support activities as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment consistent with healthcare standards.
• Participate in training, in-services, and team meetings to support continuous learning and quality care.
