Job summary

Paycom seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver individualized care in Merrillville, IN. You will assist residents with ADLs while promoting independence and dignity, and report health changes to the clinical team.

Engage with residents and families, participate in ongoing education, and ensure confidentiality of information. This role supports staff meetings and other learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Must have CNA certification and a High School diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are required.
• Ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity is essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care per each resident’s care plan.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Report health status changes to the clinical team.
• Engage with residents and family members with compassion.
• Participate in ongoing education and staff meetings.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
