Signature HealthCARE of Rockwood Rehab & Wellness Center in Rockwood, TN is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to deliver direct resident care under licensed staff. You will support ADLs, maintain a compassionate environment, and help with daily tasks and comfort for residents.

Qualifications

• Current, active Nursing Assistant certification from state in which the facility operates.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a nursing team and under licensed staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care under supervision of licensed nursing personnel.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) per plan of care.
• Change bed linens and maintain room hygiene and supplies.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers and safety.
• Record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
• Support resident rights and preferences within care environment.
• Assist in orientation and training of other staff as requested.
