Signature HealthCARE LLC is seeking a dedicated CNA to join our Rockwood Rehab & Wellness Center team. You will provide compassionate, person-centered care aligned with established care plans for residents in a 157-bed facility.

Qualifications

• Must have a current and valid CNA certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and professional person-centered care.
• Follow care plans and assist residents with daily living.
• Schedule is Tuesday - Friday and every other Saturday and Sunday.
• Support the Restorative Nursing Program and rehab team.
