Job summary

Tallgrass Creek by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents in daily living with person-centered care, ensuring comfort, dignity and belonging. You will assist with activities of daily living and work with the clinical team to meet residents’ needs.

Requirements include state CNA certification, at least 18 years old, and ideally 1 year of CNA/GNA experience; CPR is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year CNA/GNA experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification is preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living.
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and routines.
• Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs.
• Working with the clinical team to ensure residents’ needs are addressed promptly.
