Tallgrass Creek by Erickson Senior Living in Lee's Summit, MO is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily living and person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of CNA/GNA experience preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living.
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and routines while providing comfort, companionship, and belonging.
• Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs.
• Working with the clinical team to ensure residents’ needs are addressed in a timely manner.

How you will make an impact
