Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of CNA/GNA experience preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.
• Current CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support residents in activities of daily living and daily tasks.
• Assist with resident personal care plans aligned with preferences and routines.
• Provide compassionate, person-centered care and promote a sense of comfort and belonging.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to address residents' needs in a timely manner.
