Job summary

Williston, located in Williston, FL, is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) for full-time and part-time roles. The facility offers competitive base rates plus a $1/hr shift differential and a broad benefits package.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily care, documenting vitals and nutrition, and supporting licensed staff. Requirements include Florida CNA certification and preferably CPR, with a focus on compassionate, team-based care.

Qualifications

• Current Nursing Assistant certification from Florida.
• Current/active CPR certification, preferred.
• At least 1 year skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
• Highest level of professionalism with confidentiality.
• Ability to communicate at all levels and work well in a team.
• Customer service oriented with ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care under licensed supervision.
• Promote a compassionate physical and psychosocial environment.
• Assist with personal care and hygiene daily as needed.
• Record vital signs, intake/output, and meals accurately.
• Assist in turning, positioning, and mobility of residents.
• Report changes to Charge Nurse and participate in care planning.
• Help prepare meals and transport residents to dining areas.
• Observe and report hydration status and nutrition details.
• Assist in orientation and training of other staff.
