Job summary

Aston Group in Florida is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to assist residents with daily activities, monitor vital signs, support mobility, and promote dignity in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active during shift
• Strong communication and compassionate attitude
• Experience in long-term care or acute care preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating
• Monitor and document vital signs accurately
• Provide mobility support and maintain clean, safe resident areas
• Report changes in condition to healthcare team
• Support daily routines to promote comfort and well-being
