You will assist residents with daily living activities, provide care under supervision, and contribute to a positive care plan. The role requires Florida CNA certification and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Current Nursing Assistant certification from the state of Florida.
• CPR certification preferred.
• At least 1 year of Skilled Nursing experience preferred.
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
• Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and support company objectives.
• Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care (grooming, bathing, dressing, oral care) of residents daily and as needed.
• Change bed linen and maintain supplies in resident rooms.
• Ambulate and transfer residents using appropriate devices and body mechanics.
• Record resident vital signs, weights, intake/output and other information as assigned.
• Routinely turn and position residents as necessary.
• Observe residents and report changes to the Charge Nurse.
