Job summary

Carriage Crossing Senior Living of Champaign, located in Champaign, IL, is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in accordance with each resident's care plan.

As part of the care team, you will assist with Activities of Daily Living, promote independence and dignity, report health changes to the clinical staff, and engage with residents and families to create a positive, lasting experience while ensuring confidentiality and respect.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan.
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience.
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
