Qualifications

• Must be a licensed CNA listed in the DFS registry.
• Minimum age 18 with a high school diploma or GED.
• Willing to care for geriatric residents and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene during shift.
• Support oral hygiene and denture care as needed.
• Complete patient care records at end of shift with accurate I&O.
• Assist charge nurse with resident needs and treatments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
