Job summary

Yamato Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our compassionate team. You will provide direct resident care, assist with activities of daily living, and help maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Florida CNA license, brings patience, tact, and enthusiasm, and has prior long-term care experience. We offer full-time shifts and a collaborative team atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Patience, tact, cheerful disposition and enthusiasm are required.
• CNA license valid in Florida is mandatory.
• Minimum of 2 years in long-term care or related setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main caregiver for residents, assisting with activities of daily living.
• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding and mobility.
• Monitor weight, vitals, and input/output to maintain patient stability.
• Communicate observations of changes in resident status to nursing staff.
• Assist nurses with procedures and treatments as needed.
