Job summary

Whitehall Borough Post Acute is a 166-bed post-acute care facility in Pittsburgh seeking a full-time CNA. The role requires caring for residents, following policies, and supporting a strong clinical team.

Shifts include 6a-2p, 2p-10p, and 10p-6a; benefits include PTO, health insurance, and retirement options. Ideal candidates have PA nursing licensure, CPR, and a patient-centered approach to care.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered PA nursing license in good standing.
• Active CPR Certification (BLS preferred).
• Must be 18+ and pass background check.
• Ability to read and write English; complete required trainings in RELIAS/Workday.
• Experience with Point Click Care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks per established policies and procedures.
• Cooperate with inter-departmental staff to maintain nursing services.
• Check residents regularly to meet personal care needs.
• Respond to resident calls promptly and document care and intake.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and monitor health.
