Job summary

South Hills Post Acute is seeking a licensed CNA to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in Bethel Park. You will identify residents before treatments, document accurately, report changes to supervisors, and assist with daily activities, meals, and mobility. Maintain confidentiality and follow safety policies.

Candidates should hold a CNA license with CPR preferred. The role supports a warm, team-focused environment with opportunities to grow within the nursing team.

Qualifications

• Must possess a minimum of a 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) per state requirements.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care as per the resident's assessment and care plan.
• Identify residents using wristband/photo card before treatments or meals.
• Record entries clearly and report changes in residents' conditions to the Nurse Supervisor.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and follow privacy policies.
• Assist residents with daily activities and mobility, including transfers as needed.
