Job summary

GHC LTC Management LLC is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide resident care at our Arlington, TX facility. The role involves assisting residents with daily living activities, feeding, mobility, and documentation according to care plans.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living per care plans and policies.
• Coordinate dining room services at meals, deliver meals, and document intake.
• Assist with lifting, turning, positioning, and transporting residents.
• Record weights and monitor skin condition, reporting changes to nurse.
• Attend care-plan meetings and participate in quality improvement activities.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow infection control policies.
