Job summary

Koelsch Communities is seeking a skilled CNA to join our Belle Harbour Resident Services team in Bellevue, WA. The CNAs will provide compassionate, resident-centered care in a safe environment, supporting daily living activities and promoting resident wellbeing.

We offer full-time and part-time opportunities with a pay range of $23–$25/hour, based on experience, plus benefits and growth potential within the organization.

Qualifications

• Current CNA license in Washington State.
• NARs, EAs, RAs, and/or HCAs require additional training and testing prior to working at the same rate as a CNA.
• Must obtain CPR/First-Aid certification as needed per policy and state rules.
• Must be drug-free and pass drug screening on hire and periodically.
• Must pass a criminal background check on hire and as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transferring, and mobility.
• Engage residents in conversation, socialization, and activities while providing care.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and obtain assistance as necessary.
• Keep the environment safe and clean for residents.
• Observe and uphold resident rights at all times.
• Monitor changes in residents' condition and report to a licensed nurse.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
