Springfield Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Springfield, PA, is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate, hands-on care in a 90-bed sub-acute and long-term care setting. Join a supportive team guided by core values of compassion and excellence.

The CNA will assist with activities of daily living, observe residents, and collaborate with licensed staff to ensure safety and comfort.

Formación

• Must hold a current, active CNA license in the state of employment.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.

Responsabilidades

• Provide basic resident care under supervision of licensed nursing staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, linen changes).
• Provide supportive care to meet residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
