Accela Rehab and Care Center at Springfield is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team and provide high-quality care to residents. You will support daily routines, assist with meals, transfers, and help maintain a safe, clean environment.

We offer tuition reimbursement, dailyPay, a shift differential for the 3-11 shift, and opportunities for growth within a supportive team. Full-time and part-time positions are available across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Must hold active PA CNA certification.
• Experience with geriatric residents is preferred.
• Serious applicants only.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily routine care including bathing, dressing, and meals.
• Feed residents as necessary.
• Provide safe transfers and assist with mobility.
• Maintain a clean and healthy environment.
• Document clinical actions by completing forms, reports, and logs.
