Springfield Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Delaware County is seeking dedicated CNAs to join a 90-bed Sub‑Acute and Long‑Term Care setting. We offer full-time and part-time positions, with 3p–11p shifts and daily pay to support your schedule.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active CNA license in the state of employment.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, linen changes).
• Provide supportive care to ensure residents' physical, emotional, and daily living needs are met.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly and accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well‑being.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high‑quality, resident-centered care.
