Job summary

Sanctuary Senior Care by Majestic Residences in Baton Rouge is seeking an experienced CNA to join a small residential assisted living home. You will provide daily living assistance, help with meals, and ensure a safe, orderly, and homelike environment.

We value empathy, patience, and reliability; preferred Louisiana CNA certification; CPR/First Aid; willingness to pass a background check. Pay is $16/hour.

Qualifications

• Must be a Louisiana-certified CNA.
• Experience with daily care including bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, meals, and personal hygiene.
• Patient, kind, and steady with residents.
• Willing to complete a background check.
• CPR / First Aid certification current or obtained before or right after hire.
• Willing to help prepare and serve simple, home-style meals and snacks.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily living, including personal care and assistance.
• Keep the home environment safe, clean, and orderly.
• Assist with light meal preparation and serving.
