Job summary

Summit Ridge Skilled Nursing & Rehab in Douglas, WY is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (non-exempt, hourly). The CNA provides approved care per care plans, assists with activities of daily living, transfers, and meal support, and documents care activities in the resident records.

Required: high school diploma or equivalent, CPR/BLS certification, and Food Handler Permit when applicable; CNA certification preferred. Prior SNF/ALF experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• CPR/BLS certification is required or current.
• Food handler permit required when applicable.
• Must have no disciplinary action on certification.
• Experience as CNA in SNF/ALF preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide CNA services per care plans and policies.
• Assist with activities of daily living for residents.
• Help with lifting, turning, positioning, and transport.
• Coordinate dining room services and assist with meals.
• Document meal intake and weight changes as directed.
• Report changes in resident condition to nurse/supervisor.
