Responsibilities

• Participates in development and review of PSPs and notes updates.
• Adheres to hydration schedules and monitors residents’ dining and room service needs.
• Ensures cleanliness of resident rooms and common areas; reports hazards.
• Responds promptly to security systems and call bells; takes appropriate action.
• Administers care and support per care plans and policies.
