Job summary

Baptist Village Communities in Oklahoma City seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct, compassionate care to residents by assisting with daily living activities, promoting comfort, safety, and dignity under the direction of licensed nursing staff.

You will monitor resident needs, respond promptly to requests, record vital signs, assist with meals and hygiene, support admissions/transfers/discharges, and uphold safety and infection control practices while maintaining residents'

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant program.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, hair care, nail care.
• Assist residents with dressing and clothing choices.
• Make resident beds, change linens, and keep rooms clean and organized.
• Assist ill or dependent residents with meal service.
• Answer call lights promptly and interact with residents respectfully.
• Assist with toileting needs and transfers per direction.
