Job summary

Morada Senior Living is seeking a dedicated CNA to join our on-site care team in Oklahoma City. The role supports residents through daily living activities, monitoring health needs, and responding to calls. The position offers opportunities for growth within a respected senior living network.

Ideal candidates will have a CNA certification or be pursuing one, along with a HS diploma and a compassionate approach to elder care. EOE D/V.

Qualifications

• CNA certification preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Experience with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees a designated group of residents during the shift and checks on them regularly.
• Observes and reports symptoms and condition changes, including skin, weight, and activity levels.
• Responds promptly to resident calls and signals for assistance.
• Notifies supervisor if a resident’s care needs increase.
• Assists with continence care and maintains sanitation in resident areas.
• Serves meals, assists with feeding as needed, and notes appetite changes.
• Keeps resident rooms and work areas clean and orderly.
• Supports resident independence and participates in daily living activities as instructed.

Education

Certified Nurse’s Aid certification

High School diploma/GED
