Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare, senior living, or long‑term care setting preferred.
CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
Responsibilities
Assist residents with ADLs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
Measure and record vital signs, observe and report changes in condition.
Foster meaningful relationships with residents through companionship.
Skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents’ needs
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Basic knowledge of nursing care procedures and safety practices
