Home of the Flint Hills in Kansas seeks a Certified Nurse Aide to provide direct personal care to residents in the home, following policies, respecting resident rights, and promoting dignity and safety.

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, dressing, meals, mobility, logs, and communication with the supervisor; requires current Kansas CNA certification and ability to work as part of a compassionate, faith-based team.

Qualifications

• State of Kansas Certified Nurse Aide in good standing.
• Ability to administer medications where allowed.
• Completion of HOTFH Orientation and Training.

Responsabilités

• Follow the Resident Assessment and Care Plan for each resident.
• Provide skilled personal assistance with bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Assist with incontinence care and daily activities.
• Keep care logs and records current; report changes to supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, safe home; assist with meals and laundry.
• Attend staff meetings; act in residents' best interest.
